We will be following a German-language recording of Jeru Kabbal, a Californian philosopher of meditation in a more than 2,500-year-old yoga tradition, the Vipasana. Various types of breathing, accompanied by at time calm and at times dynamic music, will arouse emotions such as sadness, anger or fear. The significance of this often very intense exercise is to experience being able to accept these feelings without suppressing them by concentrating on the here and now, on your breath. This meditation helps you maintain your inner stability and calm and experience the enormous influence your breathing has on your mental state.
