"Rei-ki" is a universal energy system and a self-help technique for total relaxation. Through the laying-on of hands, stress is reduced and energy increased. You can experience Reiki with us in a group. Participants take turns lying on the table, while the other men sit around the table and lay their hands on the receiver’s body. Each participant will have the opportunity to lie on the table. This is a workshop for men with and without experience in Reiki.

Karsten Grewel, born 1972, Psychologist, natural health professional, Hypno Therapist, Bach Flowers consultant, 1st and 2nd degree in Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho. Works in own praxis for psychotherapy, complementary medicine and reiki and as a drug counselor. Personnel interest in combining psychotherapy with complementary medicine as well as body and energy work. He treasures the power and effects of Reiki to support healing processes, to resolve psychic an energetic blockings and for relaxation.
