Louka will be giving a demonstration of Tulayoga and a short class in which you can experience floating quietly, how it feels to support and be supported by another, and the intimacy that comes through this practice.

Louka Leppards primary interests are in the devotional, ceremonial and meditative aspects of touch, in the release of held emotion and trauma through the release of tension in the body and the healing power of tenderness. Louka is the founder of Tulayoga, www.tulayoga.com, a meditative form of aerial bodywork in which the receiver is taken through a series of supported posters that flow from one directly into another.
