Thanks to those who inspired me to dream up a fluid space for expansion and connection.

STRETCH is a three day easter festival in the heart of Berlin. It features 36 miniworkshops, performances, dance, time to socialize and mingle in order to inspire a freer, deeper, more soul- and playful connection to one another and to life itself.

Expert teachers, practitioners, therapists, healers, renegades and artists invite you to this first gathering of gay/bi/trans/queer men exploring the interface of bodywork, mindfulness, art, movement, sexuality, psychology, spirituality, gender, identity, ritual, performance and social engagement.

Alongside our exciting offerings, we will also have delicious food available for your nourishment. We are looking forward to welcome interested and curious participants: use this chance to discover and explore new things and to get inspired from body to soul.

All Workshops - except "Breath & Emotion" - can be held in English and German depending on attendence. There are three workshops in the program that require nudity.
